Alex Kilpatrick

A series of complications which had confined him to his home for the past year is attributed as the cause of death of Alex Kilpatrick, a life long resident of Trumbull county, at the home of his son, Edward Kilpatrick, in Warren township, Thursday afternoon at 1:30. Mr. Kilpatrick was 67 years old, and was a life long member of the Baptist church.
He was widely known and highly esteemed by a large circle of friends in Warren and the township. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Lucy Kilpatrick, three sons, Frank Kilpatrick, Bazetta; James Kilpatrick, Warren township; Edward Kilpatrick, Warren township, a daughter, Mrs. Burr Constance [Thompson], Warren; two step children, Mrs. Mattie Slater and John R. Shaffer, Warren, fourteen grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Kilpatrick, when Rev. C.C. Rich will officiate. Burial will be made in Oakwood cemetery.

FUNERALS

Services in memory of the late Alex Kilpatrick who passed away on Wednesday evening [Thursday afternoon] were held on Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock in charge of Rev. C.C. Rich, when many relatives and friends joined in paying a tribute of respect to his memory. Lovely floral offerings were placed on the casket, and the pall bearers were Frank McNielly, Earnest Morrison, Ralph Durst, Frank Ulrich, Thomas Whitehouse, David Bishop. The body was laid to rest in Oakwood cemetery.
