I, Albigence Perry knowing the shortness of life and certainty of death do divide my worldly effect as follows to wit, - My wife Betsey shall have the use of my personal and real estate (after all my debts are paid) as long as she lives. Then it shall be divided as follows: My daughter Emeline Perry shall receive five hundred dollars more that [than] one-half - Mary Potter or her heirs shall receive the remainder. P.S. The housen furniture shall be at the disposal of my wife to do with as she sees fit.
