Stitt 86 of 739 Chestnut St, died at 8:15 AM today in Overlook Medical Clinic in New Wilmington following an illness. She was born in Lawrence County on 11 July 1887 t the late Robert R and Mary Pattison Boggs, a pioneer family of this area. Mrs. Stitt was the oldest member of the Reformed Presbyterian church and the last of her family. She was married first to Harry Lemon who preceded her in death and she subsequently married James Stitt who also preceded her in death. She is survived by a son Glenn A of New Castle with whom she made her home and one niece and one nephew. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters. Friends will be received at the Robert A Myers Home for Funerals, 208 Jefferson St from 7-9 PM tomorrow. The service at the funeral home conducted at 1:30 PM by Rev Joseph Caskey of the Rose Point Reformed Presbyterian Church and Rev Joseph Hill of Beaver Falls. Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery.
