Then was the execution of one other deed of conveyance from John McLin to Absalom Stonesypher dated 11th August 1806 for seventy acres of land on the head of the south fork of the horse fork of Lick Creek, duly proven by the affirmation of Evan Jones and Oath of John McCollum, two of the subscribing witnesses there to and admitted to record.
