    Word has been received here of the death of A. L. Mcdonald, 88, at Eagle Grove, father of Mrs. Harry Anderson and Miss Myrtle McDonald, 112 East Twelfth Street. Funeral services are to be held Wednesday afternoon.

    Funeral Services for Abner L. McDonald, 68 [sic], were held at the Wilson Chapel, Wednesday afternoon at 2:30, and burial was made in Rose Hill cemetery. The Rev. J. G. Eaton was the officiating clergyman. Mr. McDonald was a widower, and retired from active employment. He is survived by six children: Mrs. Will Floyd and Miss Myrtle McDonald, Eagle Grove; Mrs. Marian Fulton, Rapid City, S. Dak.; Charles McDonald, Clinton; John McDonald, Fellows, Cal.; Mrs. Harry Anderson, at Ames. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren.
