- To wife Anna Jones, as a compensation for certain lands of hers sold since our marriage, land in Guilford containing 16 acres bought of Samuel Hoadley
also all my goods, Chattels and personal estate
also all my lands and improvement for her natural life
- to Nancy Goldsmith wife of Joshua Goldsmith of Guilford $166.67 to e paid within one year
- After the decease of my wife, to John Cooke (a Native of Branford, New Haven now resident with me in my family) the whole of my Real Estate except that given to my wife
- Executors my wife Anna Jones and Major Eli Fowler of Branford

Jared Foot and Sibel Foot both of Branford the only children and heirs at law of Molly Foot late of Branford dec'd who was a sister of Aaron Jones
and Elizabeth, Rachel, Choloe, Jared and Sibel are heirs of said Aaron
