He was born in West Greenwhich RI. The date is unrecorded but probably about 1770-1772. he died about age 72 at Union Rock County WI on Sat 7 Oct 1843. He married Patience, daughter of Nicholas Spencer of West Greenwhich. He died Thu 3 Jun 1847 aged about 69 years.
Aaron Comstock was a son of Lydia Comstock, his father being a Comstock whose first name is not on record. After Lydia's second marriage, Aaron probably lived with his aunt Elizabeth. His grandfather left to them jointly (in his will dated Tue 12 Jan 1787) "the rest of homestead farm". And Elizabeth at her death bequeathed to "cosin" Aaron Comstock, son of my Sister Lydia Comstock her share in the homestead.
In 1818 Aaron moved to Sidney near Unadilla NY; in 1840 to Pennsylvania; and in 1842 to Union WI.
Children: Archibald Nicholas, Nicholas Spenser, William, Caleb Allen, Eliza, Joseph, Osmore, Mary Ann, and Lydia.
