I was digging for some things and came across this letter from a George Watts in Sundance, WY. He knew the George Moss who lived with GWJ.

Dear Mrs. Campbell--
Received your letter yesterday. Sorry to say I won't be of much help in your search for information relative George Washington Jones or George Moss.
I remember George Moss as attending the Russell school in Crook County, Wyo. He and Mr. Jones lived on Lytle Creek below the Bill Brimmer ranch. How George Moss got to Russell school, I don't know. He would have to cross some quite rugged terrain to get to there. As I recall, George Moss was quite a large boy for his age. When we went to the Russell school was the year we arrived by covered wagon. We started from Iowa where I was born on June 10, 1908.

The names you mention in your letter--Liscom, Reynolds-- mean nothing to me. There are Reynolds in the area but don't know their lineage. If I can be of any help will be glad to do so.

My grandmother was a sister of Bessie's Grandfather, William Nicol. I have a lot of info. on her parents but only the enclosed on she and her husband. I wonder if she was dead by 1929 as the other children, except Mortumer, are listed on the final settlement from the War Dept. Robert Bruce was injured during the Civil War and Martha received a widows pension. Ray is living at Milford, Iowa, at the time of her death. Bertha Lintner at 60 Linden Ave., Long Beach, CA.
