Background

The City and County of Philadelphia lie outside the formal Old Chester area. Yet many of the Old Chester Houston's seem to have ties to this area. For this reason effort has been expended to collect information on the Houston's in this area, in the hopes that these data will aid with the developing family histories of Houston's in the Old Chester area proper.
