CAUTION: DNA of descendants of Jesse and Joseph Samuel, listed here as sons, have been tested and DO NOT MATCH. DNA of two Joseph Samuel descendants match on a long time scale (60% chance of common ancestor in 20 generations), with other Group II [Morrow] lines. DNA of Jesse descendant matches a Group IV line coming out of Greene County with a 76% chance of common ancestor within 12 generations. This could mean either that the paper line back to these men is correct, but one of them is not the son of William, OR that there was a non-paternal event in one of the lines (the distant matches to other Morrow lines at that point are not meaningful, as the percentages assume a common surname, and are much lower with that input).
