ORPHAN'S COURT, FEBRUARY 3rd, 1800. The following petition of Conrad Hess of Springfield Township, in the County of Bucks, Administrator of the estate of Nicholas Hess of said Township, deceased, was presented and reas, - Humbly sheweth, That the said Nicholas Hess died seized of considerable Real Estate situate in the Township of Springfield aforesaid, leaving several children to wit: Conrad Hess, your petitioner, Philip Hess, George Hess, Elizabeth Beidelman, (late Hess) and the heirs of Catherine Hess, who was married to Phillip Beysher, and died before her father, the said Nicholas Hess, having five children, all under the age of fourteen years. Your petitioner prays the court to order a jury to divide, or value the said real estate amongst the Heirs of the said Nicholas Hess agreeably to law. Signed CONRAD HESS. ...
