"John and Margaret Goodenow are tentatively identified as the parents of ThomasA Goodenow, primarily based on chronology and geography. No direct evidence either supports or excludes this connection. ThomasA owned property in Ebbesborne, as seen in the inventory of his estate forty years after the death of this John Goodenow and was likely the Thomas named in his will."[1]
