6. Child -d. of plague- HOFFMAN died April 27, 1635.

7. Young Son -d. of plague- HOFFMAN died April 27, 1635.

8. Child -d. of plague HOFFMAN died April 27, 1635.

The records for the following children do not indicate the mother's name, however, the ages and dates give us an indication they are the children of Johann Hoffmann and his 2nd wife, Elsgen Winckein.

9. Anna HOFFMAN and Johann Jacob SCHMIDT were married March 11, 1652 at Ernsdorf, small village in Ferndorf parish, today suburb of Kreuztal, Germany. Johann Jacob Schmidt was a son of Johannis Schmidt, Reverend and highly respected local, and Rendtmeister (person in charge of financial affairs) of Nassau Katzenellnbogen – a tribe of the nobal family of Nassay, located at Katzenellnbogen, and Rendtmeister to Siegen and Hilchenbach.
