Johannes and Cathrein Catharinen Catharin MONCKER (the daughter of Tilman MONCKER ) were married 23rd Sunday after Trinity Sunday in 1610. Church Records show births and deaths for the following children of Johann Hoffmann, the younger (and probably of his 1st wife Catharin Moncker):

1. Johannes HOFFMAN was born in 1614. Johannes was christened in Trinity Sunday in 1614 at Ferndorf. Johannes died March 2, 1679 at parish of Ferndorf, suburb of Kreuztal, Germany.

2. Johann Jost HOFFMAN, sponsor Jost Irlen from Irlenhoffe of Ferndorf, was christened Dom Septuag in 1617. Johann Jost, young son of Johann Hoffmann the younger, was buried August 10, 1624 at Ernsdorf, small village in Ferndorf parish, today suburb of Kreuztal, Germany.

3. Johann or Johannes HOFFMAN was christened Dom Exaudi in 1619 at Ernsdorf. Sponsor was Johannes Muncker vor der Tieffenbach. Johann was buried March 29, 1625 at Ernsdorf, small village in Ferndorf parish, today suburb of Kreuztal, Germany.

4. Cathrein HOFFMAN, young daughter of Johann Fischelbach, the younger, was buried August 22, 1624 at Ernsdorf, small village in Ferndorf parish, today suburb of Kreuztal, Germany.

Church records show the deaths of the following children of Johann Hoffmann, but it is not known which wife was the mother of these children:
