From Dr. Troha: A search for her name yielded the following wedding announcement [unfortunately, Gertrude M. Hodgens was only the bridesmaid and not the bride]:

The Brooklyn Daily Eagle, Thursday, June 2, 1904, Page 7, Column 2: [wedding announcement] "RUSHING—RILEY ... The best man was Albert B. Palmer and Miss Gertrude M. Hodgens was the bridesmaid."

So this indicates that Herbert H. Jackson had not married her by June of 1904, placing a lower bounds on their marriage date. The will of Theodore Frelinghuysen Jackson-1723 provides a year for an upper bounds of Herbert H. Jackson's marriage date.

The Brooklyn Daily Eagle, Wednesday, September 3, 1913, Page 4, Column 5:

"JACKSON LIBERAL TO NEPHEWS IN WILL ... Other bequests are as follows: ... Long Island Loan and Trust Company, $10,000 for the support of Herbert H. Jackson, nephew, for life, then to his wife; ..."

So Herbert H. Jackson was already married in 1913 when the will was written.

On the 1910 Census Herbert was living with his elderly grandfather Hasbrouck, an elderly aunt and two household servants. He was still single at the time of the census enumeration.
