    "He married Mary Thurston who was born in the year 1657, a daughter of Edward Thurston of Newport and his wife Elizabeth, daughter of Adam Mott" Page 49 gives a list of children (N2)

    Ebenezer's sister, Joanna Slocum married Mary's uncle, Jacob Mott (see page 41 of this source).

    "The children of Ebenezer and Mary (Thurston) Slocum were:
    i. Elizabeth, born 1 January, 1677-8; married Peter, son of James Green. Their intention of marriage was declared in Friends' meeting, Portsmouth, R. I., 10th month, 17, 1695. They had children Thomas and Susannah.

    ii. Mary, born 21 June, 1679. She married David Green the 3d of 1st month, 1698-9, and had a son David.

    iii. Johanna, born 30 December, 1680. She married Caleb Carr 30 April, 1701, and had a daughter Mary.

    iv. Rebecca, born 13 November, 1682; married William Burling (Burlingham or Burlingame?). Children: William, Rebecca, Benjamin, Hannah, Sarah, Ebenezer, and Amy.

    v. Samuel, b. 2 March, 1684; mar. Hannah _____; d. 1741.

    vi. Ebenezer, born 20 January, 1686; married Naomi, daughter of Benjamin Barton of Warwick R. I. He died in Jamestown, R. I., in October, 1715. A posthumous child was named Ruth. His widow mar. Edward Carr 13 July, 1721.

    vii. Desire, born 12 March, 1688; married Samuel Dyer 19 January, 1709-10.

    viii. Deliverance, born 15 August, 1691. She married Thomas Rogers and had a son Thomas.

    ix. Mercy, b. the 14th of 7th month, 1693; d. 10 Jan., 1714.

    x. Giles, b. 19th 12 mo. 1695; mar., Mary _____; d. 1750.

    xi. Joseph, twin, born 21st of 2d month, 1697; married Mary _______. He was admitted freeman of East Greenwich, R I., in 1732, and died there 2d November, 1732. A posthumous daughter was named Abiel.

    xii. Abigail, twin, born 21st of 2d month, 1697. She married George Thomas and had a daughter named Mercy."
