Published in History of the Jackson Family of Hempstead, Long Island by Oscar Burton Robbins, pg 209: Be His Tootsie-Wootsie for the Second Time Special to the Tribune Storm Lake, In, July 26 - Two well known Storm Lake residents were married in Cherokee a few days ago. They were Mrs. Lura Kaufman and A. W. Kaufman of this city. Years ago they were man and wife, but six months ago decided to quit and secured a divorce. They were not happy or satisfied after the separation, and so in the good old summertime, they decided to forget and forgive, and the wedding ensued. Mr. and Mrs. Kaufman went to Watertown, S. D. on their wedding trip.
