This will is believed to be for Person:John Snoddy (9)

In the name of God, Amen - the 20th day of October 1735 - according to the comptation [sic] of the Chowith of Ingllen [sic] John Snoddy of the county of Lancaster. Being of perfect memory and remembrance preft [sic] to God, I do make and order my last will and testament. In manner and form following: v. Formost I bequeth my soul unto the hands of the Almightly God my maker, hoping through merits of Jesus Christ to receive free pardon of all my sins and for my sins and as for my body to be buried in a Christian burial, at the discretion of my executors, hereafter nominated.

I do give unto my grandchildren the half of the improvements and half of all the moveables and unmoveables, being the total said plantation of John Snoddy and what soever I have and as for my saddle and clothes to be divided equally between the children.

And as for my "Osen John Marr. Coner" [sic; ? Cousin John McConner] to be whole and sole executor of this my last will and testament over all others wills and testaments. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 20th day of October, 1735. Signed: John Snoddy (his mark)

Lancaster. 24th day of May 1736 - witnesses appeared before this court and declared this to be the last will and testament of John Snoddy. McConeur [McConner] was sworn to be administrator and have an inventory in the registrars office in Lancaster before 24th day of June next and render an account required by law.
