Gambrel/Crain [27 January 2015]

Hello Cousin Phil,

I am Joan Fairbanks daughter Judy. I am very interested in helping find more history on the Gambrel/Crain ancestry. I came across this wiki site today and thought I would drop you a line. I really would like to help but I have to say, I am overwhelmed with the whole process, to say the least. I have been in contact with our cousin Robert Awalt. It was very exciting news about the family bible he found. I had dabbled just a little bit last year on Ancestry.com and realized very quickly how addictive this past time can be. I do want you to know that I am forever grateful for all of the hard work you have put into our family Tree. I am able to work on this mostly through the Winter months. I home school our 4th child Connor, who is now in the eight grade. I am certainly enjoying his American History this year. We live in Spring Creek, Nevada. My husband Jeff is a Civil Engineer. We have lived here for about 4 1/2 years now. My Mother has sure enjoyed talking with you about all of our ancestors. I would love to chat with you sometime.
