Kerr's [18 July 2011]

Hi Mary

You may or may not remember that we corresponded quite awhile ago about the Kerr's. My name is Gordon Kerr.

I came across your information and was just a little curious with it because it differs a little from my own information. Mainly speaking about the childrens' birth dates.

I was able to track alot of information through census records dating from 1851 through 1911, marriage records up to I think 1936, and birth records somewhere around 1920 (I think)....presently up to 337 people.

I did find your notes interesting though about the marriage. I will have to try that route.--Handyman2 15:12, 18 July 2011 (EDT)

Kerr's [18 July 2011]

According to the 1851 Census of Canada John and Mary live in Hamilton and not London.

George Robert Kerr - did not marry Catherine Gleason. The date of death does not match up with the one for George Kerr that did marry Catherine. I found both of the death records. The one for our side has the fathers name on it and the other has the Gleason family included on it which is approximately 20 years later.--Handyman2 16:21, 18 July 2011 (EDT)
