In order for the links to work in the right hand bar, you might try searching for the places in the search places page in order to find the correct WeRelate page. For example, I think I may have found the Posen province of prussia you were referring to in the artilce Grand Duchy of Poznań, Poland. Also, if the exact place you are looking for does not exist, you may create a new place page or a redirect to one. For information on how to do this, please go to the places help page.
