My name is Tom Elliott and I have been doing genealogical research off and on for forty-five years. Historically, I am very interested in the area surrounding Freedom, Maine and the surrounding towns. True to my moniker, I am VERY interested in compiling the cemetery records of those towns. Also, because I live in northern Indiana and love researching cemeteries, I try to do the same for the local cemeteries of Elkhart, LaGrange and Noble counties, to name a few. My genealogical roots run deep and exclusively in New England, primarily in the State of Maine. A few pf the names I research are Elliot(t), Kelley, Danforth, Hartshorn, Upham, Mills, Carey and Tilden. Last, but definitely not least, I am the web master of the USGenWeb project for Waldo County, Maine.
