Barnstable, s. prob. eldest, of Anthony, m. 1 June 1667, Mehitable,
d.
of Thomas Allyn of the same, had Samuel, b. 14 July 1669; Hannah,
16 Mar. 1672, d. in Aug. foll.; John, 19 July 1673; and Ann, 4 Mar. 1675.
He d. 1678.

John, 1 May 1700; Stephen, 1 Feb. 1702; and Sarah, 9 Sept. 1705. CHARLES,
in Geneal. Reg. VII. 349 print. Carmac, Newbury, b. 1638, at Enniskillen, Ireland,
m. 15 May 1666, Sarah, d. of Aquila Chase, had Charles; Priscilla, b. 8
Nov. 1677; Hannah, 15 Nov. 1679; Ann, 28 Dec. 1681; and prob. more,
wh. are not in rec. JOSEPH, Newbury, prob. s. of Charles, by w. Dorothy
had Dorothy, b. 1 Nov. 1692; Sarah, 14 Mar. 1694; Aquila, 14
June 1695; Seaborn, 1 Jan. 1697; Hannah, 19 Nov. 1698; Abigail,
25 Sept. 1700; and Joseph, 14 Jan. 1703; but the Hannah may belong
to Abraham.

    ANTHONY, ABRAHAM, Portsmouth, R. I. s. prob. of first John of the same,
m. 26 Dec. 1671, Alice, d. of William Waddell, had John, b. 17 Nov.
1672; Susanna, and Mary, tw. 29 Aug. 1674, both d. soon; William, 31
Oct. 1675; Susanna, again, 14 Oct. 1677; Mary, again, 2 Jan. 1680;
Abraham, 21 Apr. 1682; Thomas, 30 June 1684, d. at 21 yrs.; Alice,
and James, tw. 22 Jan. 1686, of wh. the latter d. at 18 yrs.; Ammi, 30
June 1688; Isaac, 10 Apr. 1690; and Jacob, 15 Nov. 1693; and his w.
d. at the age of 84 in the ho. of s. William, 1734. JOHN, Portsmouth, R. I.
one of the freem. 1655, and may have rem. to Providence; but tho. to
denote the earliest resid. at first I built on conject. too slight to be ment.
yet for his coming we have perfect kn. that he took o. of alleg. and suprem.
24 Mar. 1634, with intent to emb. in the Mary and John, but was
delay. for passage in the Hercules a few days after. He had liv. in the
beautif. village of Hempstead, near London, and d. 28 July 1675, aged
68. In his will, made 5 days bef. he names his ch. John, Joseph, Abraham,
Susanna, w. of John Tripp, and Elizabeth w. of James Greene. His
wid. Frances d. 12 Oct. 1692.
