FamilySearch does have the films for Alphen aan den Rijn online. They are available via Netherlands, Zuid-Holland Province, Civil Registration, 1811-1942>Alphen aan den Rijn. The FHLC link that was on this page also links there.

On a side note, WR has pages for all of the Burgerlijke Stand municipalities. They were titled "registers van de Burgerlijke Stand". I've been renaming them as I have time, so if you are looking for the B.S. from a specific municipality, you can go to the place page, click "what links here" and search for Sources with Burgerlijke Stand in the title.
