Williamson County is a county located in the U.S. state of Tennessee. As of 2000, the population was 126,638, and the U.S. Census Bureau estimates its population as of 2005 to be 153,595. Its county seat is Franklin ⁶, and it is part of the Nashville-Davidson-Murfreesboro, TN Metropolitan Statistical Area.
