Thornham is a village and civil parish in the English county of Norfolk. It is situated on the north Norfolk coast some 7 kilometres (4.3 mi) northeast of the seaside resort of Hunstanton, 30 km (19 mi) north of the town of King's Lynn and 70 km (43 mi) northwest of the city of Norwich.

The civil parish has an area of 13.47 km2 (5.20 sq mi) and in the 2001 UK census had a population of 478 in 249 households, increasing to 496 at the 2011 UK census when the inhabitants were supplemented by those of the small neighbouring parish of Titchwell which had less that 100 people within its boundaries. For the purposes of local government, the parish falls within the District of King's Lynn and West Norfolk.

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Thornham from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1871-72:

  • Ancestry.co.uk has the following lists as of 2018 (UK or worldwide Ancestry membership or library access required). With the exception of the index to wills these files are browsible images of the original documents. The files are separated by type and broken down into time periods (i.e., "Baptism, Marriages, and Burials, 1535-1812" is more than one file). The general explanatory notes are worth reading for those unfamiliar with English parish records.
