Porter Township is a civil township of Cass County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 3,798 at the 2010 census.

In the traditional township numbering for the State of Michigan, Porter Township is T 7 S, R 13 W, supplemented by that portion of T 8 S, R 13 W west of the St. Joseph River and north of the Indiana state border.
