Location St. Peter le Bailey is located very much in the centre of Oxford. It is bounded on the northeast by Oxford St. Mary Magdalene, on the east by Oxford St. Michael and Oxford St. Martin, on the south by St. Aldate and St. Ebbe, on the west by St. Thomas, and on the northwest by St. Paul
Later History Civil parish absorbed into the civil parish of Oxford in 1926. Ecclesiastical parish continued to exist.
