Micklethwaite is an area of the town of Wetherby on the south bank of the River Wharfe in West Yorkshire, England. It is now in the City of Leeds metropolitan borough. It was once a separate village but has been incorporated into Wetherby.

Historically, Micklethwaite was in the ecclesiastical parish of Collingham in Barkston Ash Wapentake. From 1894 until 1937, Micklethwaite was a separate civil parish in Wetherby Rural District. In 1937 the civil parish was abolished and the area then fell under the civil parish of Wetherby. In 1974 the area became part of the the City of Leeds metropolitan borough in West Yorkshire.
