Martley Rural District existed from 1894 until 1974 in Worcestershire, England. It was located to the west of the county town of Worcester with Malvern Link on its southern boundary, and Stourbridge to the northeast. The western border was the county of Herefordshire.

Two parishes in the northwest were transferred to Tenbury Rural District in 1933. With the exception of parishes adjacent to Worcester, the remaining area of the rural district was transferred to the Malvern Hills District in Hereford and Worcester in 1974 and transferred back to Worcestershire within the same district in 1998 when the county of Hereford and Worcester was abolished. Worcester has expanded its borders since 1974 to become the Worcester District.
