Langley with Hardley is a civil parish in Norfolk, England, about a mile east of Loddon. It covers an area of 15.09 km2 (5.83 sq mi) and had a population of 489 in 161 households at the 2001 UK census, reducing marginally to 488 at the 2011 UK census.

The church of Hardley, St Margaret, is one of 124 existing round-tower churches in Norfolk.

Langley with Hardley was formed in 1935 from part of the former parish of Langley and the whole of the parish of Hardley.
