Jacobstowe is a village and civil parish in the West Devon district of Devon in England. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 118. The village is on the River Okement, about 5 miles (8 km) north of Okehampton.

The church of St James, originating in the 12th century, largely rebuilt in the 15th century and restored in 1902, is a grade II* listed building.
