Isley cum Langley was a civil parish created in 1936 from the parishes of Isley-Walton and Langley Priory, along with part of Castle Donington. If the 21st century population is anything to go by, the two earlier parishes were very small. According to the 2001 census Isley cum Langley had a population of 64.

The parish was in Castle Donington Rural District from 1936 until 1974 and since 1974 in the North West Leicestershire District of Leicestershire, England.
