Hadley is a town in Saratoga County, New York, United States. The population was 1,971 at the 2000 census. The town was named after Hadley, Massachusetts. The Town of Hadley is in the northern part of the county and is west of Glens Falls. [edit] History
The first settler arrived around 1788.
In 1930, the Conklingville Dam by the west town line helped create the Sacandaga Reservoir and controlled flooding. The Hadley Mountain Fire Observation Station and Hadley Parabolic Bridge are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
