Elm Springs was an inhabited place in Settlers Township, Sioux County, Iowa before World War II. It is now considered a ghost town.

It was located just west of where the Milwaukee Road Railroad (CMStP&P) crossed the Big Sioux River, just across the river from Fairview, South Dakota.
