East Harling is a village in Norfolk, England. The village now forms the principal settlement in the civil parish of Harling, but until 1935 it was a separate civil parish. It is located some 8 miles (13 km) east of the town of Thetford and 25 miles (40 km) southwest of the city of Norwich.

The village is served by Harling Road railway station, which is situated 2 miles (3 km) to the north.

From 1808 to 1814 East Harling hosted a station in the shutter telegraph chain which connected the Admiralty in London to its naval ships in the port of Great Yarmouth.
