Cholderton, or more properly West Cholderton, is a village and civil parish in the Bourne Valley of Wiltshire, England. The village is about 4 miles (6 km) east of the town of Amesbury, on the A338 road about 1 mile (1.6 km) south of the main A303 road.

East Cholderton is part of Amport parish, over the county border in Hampshire.
