Bobby Hill (Dusty Marsh) is the Mayor of Middleground, a small community in northern Bullch County.
Bulloch County is a county located in the U.S. state of Georgia. It was created on February 8, 1796. Bulloch County has undergone rapid growth in recent years. As of the 2010 census, the population was 70,217. A July 2011 estimate by the Census Bureau puts the population even higher, at 72,881 The county seat is Statesboro.
In February 1776, the Georgia Legislature created a county from St. Phillip's parish. The legislature designated this parish to be called Bulloch County. It was Georgia's 21st county. It is named after Archibald Bulloch, a South Carolina native who served as Provincial Governor of Georgia.
