Bodicote is a village and civil parish about 2 miles (3 km) south of the centre of Banbury in Oxfordshire, England. The 2011 UK census recorded the parish's population as 2,126.

Bodicote became a civil parish in 1866, having been previously a chapelry in the ancient parish of Adderbury.
