Birth and death dates for both this Rebecca J. Holland, daughter of Daniel and Drucilla, and a Rebecca Cinderella Holland, daughter of John Holland, seem to have become confused on both ancestry.com and and find-a-grave. The dates-- birth 20 Aug 1845 and death 25 December 1897 -- are attributed to both women. It looks most likely that these dates actually apply to Rebecca Cinderella Holland, rather than Rebecca J. Holland. The 1850 Census lists Rebecca J. Holland's birthdate as abt 1847; 1870 Census says 1848, and 1880 Census says abt 1850. One tree on Family Search listed her death as 2 July 1887, but no support documentation. However, her second husband married again in 1888, so that tends to support the 1887 date, although they could have divorced. Find-a-grave says 1897, but also says burial is "unknown," which indicates the date did not come from a gravestone or death record. I am looking for information independent of online genealogies and contributor sites. If anyone has that info, please share.--Tammyhensel 15:01, 8 May 2015 (UTC) ð
