Looks like she is listed as "Jane McClung" on her first marriage record, yet "Jane" is not entered as a Given name. Did you think Jane is an error?

Also, it is not clear if you are posting that her maiden name is unknown or if you think it was McClung or if you think she was the widow McClung at the time of her first marriage. Can you clarify?

Clearly the marriage records of her marriage with Alexander McClung list her as "Jane" McClung and the McClung genealogy by William McClung shows her as the daughter of Capt. Samuel McClung. Are you sure it is the same woman that married James Shannon? I'd consider it somewhat unlikely based upon the records...
