Yes, I would say that it is almost definitely the same person. I don't know anything else about "Latham" except that he was listed in the citation as being one of their children. But I know it was common to call a child by their middle name, and the dates match up. I don't have any other information about Latham, though, so I can't really give any "proof" but I think you are probably right that it's him especially since they are all in the same cemetery.--bellanox 11:17, 9 October 2011 (EDT)

Oh I just noticed that it does say his uncle was Robert Anderson of Fort Sumter. Yes, that is the same person then, because Robert Anderson and Charles Anderson were brothers. I do know that.--bellanox 11:18, 9 October 2011 (EDT)
