Research notes [17 January 2015]

A post on this page dated 21 Oct 2013 talks about this family and mentions Jouke as "Uncle Joe" - "Uncle Joe is Keeping saloon in east Dubuque now. But is going to sell out and move to Dubuque in a couple weeks" (letter dated June 3, 1882). Just posting this here for future reference - haven't had luck locating Jouke in census records yet. A few trees on Ancestry say that "Joseph" died in Waseca Minnesota (no sources or dates). --Jennifer (JBS66) 20:47, 17 January 2015 (UTC)
