There are no records for the birth of a Haverhill Colby any date, much less 1 Jun 1670, but there is for Elizabeth born the same day in Haverhill. Normally, it would be appropriate to simply detach this page from the parents assuming it is the wrong family, but given the birth date is identical to Elizabeth, this probably is meant to represent the same child, and it should be merged with her (though the sex will need to be changed to do that). It looks like somebody's shorthand notation "Haverhill Colby", presumably referring to Elizabeth as the odd child born in Haverhill (rest in Amesbury). Somewhere along the line this shorthand appears to have taken on reality in somebody's mind creating this probably fictitious person.
