Person is the subject of a sketch in Savage. Unless it can be conclusively shown that Savage is wrong and no such person exists? He should be retained as a link target from the transcript.--jrm03063 22:59, 26 February 2024 (UTC)

Putting Savage's sketch on the page was a big improvement over the way I found it, created for apparently no reason but to display his name which was already known from the Family page. It wouldn't have taken a lot to estimate a birth date based on the marriage either. Someone looking for a Daniel Elliott in the 1800s now won't have to bother reading the details of this page. --Jrich 00:59, 27 February 2024 (UTC)
