Zepheniah Clark, sometimes Jr., only son of Zepheniah Clark and Lucy (Kittredge), was born 29 June 1803, in Tewksbury, Massachusetts.[1][2] He died intestate[5] 25 September 1849, in the same place, of disease of the spine.[3][4]

Intention of marriage was published 23 October 1829, in Tewksbury, for Zepheniah Clark Jr. and Elizabeth French of Andover. They were married 24 December 1829, in Tewksbury.

On 9 October 1849,[5] in the probate court of Middlesex Co., Peter Clark of Tewksbury, gentleman, was appointed administrator of the estate of Zepheniah Clark of Tewksbury, gentleman. Peter Clark, along with Joel Adams, esq., and John T.K. Adams, both gentlemen, both of Lowell, signed a bond in the amount of $10,000. On 3 December 1849, an inventory of the estate was taken with the real estate, including the homestead lot of about 100 acres and additional lots of about 146 acres, valued at $6192 and personal estate valued $2042.94. Elizabeth Clark, widow of Zepheniah, was granted an allowance of $300 from the personal estate.
