Secondly I give & bequeath unto my eldest son John Yelland all that my estate right title & interest of all that my messuage & tenament called Higher Goverseth, by virtue of the lease thereof and he to have & enjoy the same at the end of one year after my death Also I give unto my son William Yelland all my estates right title and interest of in & unto my messuage & tenament of Golloves, that I have by virtue of the Casen? or leases thereof being part & parrcel of the Barton of Coart and he to enjoy the same at the end of two years after my death, but not to be accountable to any person for the house he lately built thereon, or subject to pay any rent for the said house after my death. Also I give unto my Daughters Dorothy Blamey, and Jone Dockin 5 shillings to each of them to be paid at the end of one year after my death. Also I give unto my daughter Florance Hicks five pounds and tenn shillings to be paid at the end of one year after my death Also I give unto my grandaughter Ann Cundy the sum of five pounds to be paid her at the end of one year after my death Also I give unto Elizabeth Hader the daughter of Edward Hader of the parish of St.Stephens in Brannell the sum of five pounds to be paid her at the end of twenty years after my death Also I give unto my son in law Francis Cunday one shilling Also I give unto my son in law Anthony Jenkin one shilling Also I give unto the poor of the said parish of St.Stephens twenty shillings to be distributed to such poor people as my executor shall think fit All the rest residue and remainder of all my estates, goods, chattles, moneys bills, bonds reckonings & accounts of what kind nature or sort whatsover they are, I give devise and bequeath unto my son Thomas Yelland whom I make constitute & appoint my whole & sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking & disanulling all other & former wills by me made whatsoever; declareing ratifying & confirming this and noe other to be my last will & testament, In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand & affixed my seal this Twenty Eighth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and thirty eight Signed sealed published & declared the signe of by the said William Yelland to be his William Yelland last will & testament in presence of ?
