Inherited Golloves from father ST.STEPHEN IN BRANNEL CHURCHWARDENS Easter 1756 to Easter 1757, Jacob ROBERTS & William YELLAND FROM THE WILL OF WILLIAM YELLAND DATED 16 JAN 1772. PROVED 14 AUG 1772: I William Yelland of the Parish of St. Stephens in Brannell in the County of Cornwall yeoman being of sound and perfect and disposing mind memory and understanding do make & ordain this my last Will & Testament hereby revoking all & every fomer and other Will & Wills by me made in manner following / that is to say / First I give unto my daughter Elizabeth Yelland the sume of One Hundred pounds to be paid her one year after my decease. Also I give unto my son in law Edmund Truscott one shilling. Also I give unto my son in law Lewis Truscott one shilling. Also I give unto my grandson Thomas Truscott the sume of ten pounds to his age of one & twenty years. Also I give unto my grand daughter Elizabeth Truscott the sume of ten pounds to her age of one & twenty years. Also I give unto my grand son John Truscott the sume of ten pounds to his age of one & twenty years. Also I give unto my grand daughter Mary Truscott the sume of ten pounds to her age of one & twenty years. Also I give unto my grand daughter Jane Truscott the sume of ten pounds to her age of one & twenty years. Also I give unto my grand daughter Ann Truscott the sume of ten pounds to her age of one & twenty years. Also I give unto my grand son William Truscott the sume of twenty pounds to his age of one & twenty years. Also I give unto my grand daughter Mary Truscott the daughter of Lewis Truscott the sume of twenty pounds to her age of one & twenty years. Also I give unto my grand daughter Ginifer Truscott the daughter of Lewis Truscott the sume of twenty pounds to her age of one & twenty years. Also my wife Mary Yelland I do make & ordain shes to be my whole & sole Executor of all my Estates Goods Chattles & Chattle & Effects whatsoever subject to the payment of my just debts and the legacies aforesaid of this my last Will & Testament. In witness where of I have hereto sat my hand & seal the 16th day of Janrary one thousand seven hundred seventey two(.
