Know all men by these presents that I, William A. Moore, of the State and County aforesaid, being of sound and disposing mind, but feeble body, do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament - Viz.
1st. I will that all my just debts be paid out of my estate.
2nd. That my Estate real and personal, be kept together for the benefit of my beloved wife Maria Moore, and my three sons Monroe, John and Thomas Moore, and that they be raised and educated out of the proceeds of said estate.
3d. That my Estate be so kept together and for said purposes during the natural life of my wife Maria, and at her death, to be divided equally, between my four children, -viz: Josephine S. Bell, Monroe, John and Thomas Moore.
4th. Provided my wife, Maria, should marry, then, and in that case, I will, that when Monroe, my oldest son, becomes of age, that my Estate be divided equally between my wife and four children, above named.
5th. I will, and appoint, my beloved wife, Maria and my respected friend Thomas T. Goldsby, executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
In testimony where of I hereunto affix my name this 22nd January A.D. 1845.
