On motion of George W. Martin, the Executor therein named, who made oath thereto, and together with R. Stackpole and Rawley E. Martin, his security, entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of six hundred dollars conditioned as the law directs, certificate is granted him for obtaining a probat[e] of the said will in due form.
